The West Northamptonshire Joint Committee has been established by the following authorities: Daventry District Council; Northampton Borough Council; Northamptonshire County Council; and South Northamptonshire Council in order to undertake the necessary preparatory work prior to the establishment of a West Northamptonshire Shadow Authority.
