That Cabinet noted Overview and Scrutiny Committee One (Regeneration, Planning, Community Engagement and Safety)’s findings following the Call-In Hearing of 18^th March.

Cabinet noted that the Call-In had been rejected on the grounds that insufficient evidence had been provided in support of the five reasons for call-in.

Cabinet agreed to give a greater explanation of the timeline of the implementation process regarding the leisure centres and possible Trust Status.
